Returns & Exchanges

At Kind Patches, we want you to love your new fashion finds, but if something isn't quite right, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
